Phi thơm tỏi băm với 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, thêm vào tất cả các loại rau đã sơ chế, đảo đều khoảng 1 phút. Sau đó cho thêm 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh dầu hào, 100g tôm bóc vỏ và 1 muỗng cà phê đường. Khi tôm gần chín, thêm vào mì ăn liền, xào cho đến khi tôm chín, tắt lửa, cho vào lá húng quế và trộn đều là được.
