Kế đến, đun một nồi nước sôi khác, và cho phần bột báng vừa ngâm nước lạnh vào, đun dưới lửa vừa và nhỏ trong 5 phút, sau đó tắt bếp đậy nắp om thêm 15 phút là được.
Chuẩn bị một chiếc ly cao, cho đậu đỏ, bột báng, mật ong và cả sữa tươi vào nữa. Sau đó cho vào tủ lạnh giữ lạnh, hoặc cho tí đá vào dùng cho mát.
